Our team is focused on aggregating and indexing data from blockchain nodes, ensuring it’s user-friendly and accessible for rapid queries. We’re looking for a tech-savvy Growth Manager to drive our business development, manage community relations, enhance our PR efforts, and conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in the smart contract blockchain domain.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in roles related to business development, B2B sales, or public relations within the Web3, DeFi, or Blockchain sectors.
Proficiency across social media platforms, sales platforms, and search engines.
Strong understanding of business development techniques and tools.
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Well-organized with analytical skills for crafting BD strategies.
Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and be goal-oriented.
