Gevulot is seeking a seasoned VP of Engineering to spearhead the development and refinement of the company’s technological processes and infrastructure. This role is crucial for enhancing the systematic coordination of both internal and external development activities. The ideal candidate will not only oversee development processes but also actively engage in coding and problem-solving, leveraging a strong background in distributed systems and Linux operations.

Responsibilities

• Development Leadership: Collaborate closely with the CTO to build and refine internal development processes, ensuring seamless operations and innovation.
• Team Coordination: Oversee and enhance the development workflows of external teams contributing to the protocol, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Integration Management: Guide the integration processes for clients and provers, optimizing performance and functionality.
• Feature Expansion: Work alongside the team to add new features and functionalities, understanding Gevulot’s infrastructure to delegate and direct development tasks effectively.
• Engineering Practices: Implement and contribute to the enhancement of engineering practices and processes, promoting a culture of high-quality output and continuous improvement.
