Job Description:

Worldcoin is an open-source protocol supported by a global community dedicated to expanding participation in the global economy. The community upholds core beliefs in the worth and equality of every individual, the right to privacy, and public collaboration, building a public utility to connect everyone to the global economy. The Worldcoin Foundation oversees the protocol’s growth, while Tools for Humanity (TFH) supports the Foundation and operates the World App.

The Talent team at Tools for Humanity plays a crucial role in scaling the company by attracting and hiring top talent. The team collaborates with stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience, efficient hiring processes, and a unique company brand.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all talent coordination, working closely with recruiting and hiring partners to schedule interviews.
  • Act as a TFH ambassador, ensuring a welcoming and positive candidate experience.
    Implement improvements to scheduling and recruiting processes.
  • Maintain relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and recruiting partners, ensuring clear communication at every stage of the hiring process.
  • Drive initiatives and projects to enhance the hiring practices at TFH.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination or a related field.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Adaptability to handle rapid growth and change.
  • Strong desire to learn and build professional relationships.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HR compliance standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive approach and high sense of urgency in resolving scheduling conflicts.

Desirables:

  • Experience in a startup or tech environment.
  • Familiarity with various recruiting tools and platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
