Eight Forces is seeking a Social Media Manager fluent in web2 growth and storytelling, with a deep understanding of web3. The ideal candidate should be able to create campaigns and content that resonate with both crypto newbies and DeFi enthusiasts.

Responsibilities

• Social Strategy: Help map out and execute the social media strategy, managing the social accounts.
• Research & Ideas: Analyze leads, provide feedback, and help shape compelling offers.
• Client Strategy: Develop and implement unique social media strategies for clients, ensuring they stand out with cool campaigns and high engagement.
• Social Management: Create, engage, reply, and manage social media interactions to make the account highly desirable for engagement.
• Team Building (Optional): Potential to lead and grow the social media team as the company expands.
