Nephele Labs is seeking an experienced Community Manager to engage their growing user base and enhance their ecosystem’s visibility and interaction. This role is central to their marketing and communication strategies, aimed at strengthening community relations and fostering an engaged and vibrant environment. The Community Manager will manage Nephele Labs’ online presence, moderate discussions, lead community events, and craft community-driven strategies that align with the brand’s goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience in community management, preferably in the Web3 or blockchain space.
Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.Experience
with social media management and analytics tools, e.g., Discord, Telegram, X (Twitter).
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Desirables:
Experience in creating and managing community outreach programs.
Familiarity with organizing and hosting live community events and Q&A sessions.
Ability to develop strategies to attract and onboard new community members.
Experience in implementing ambassador/referral programs and incentivizing engagement.
Ability to gather community feedback and provide insights to the development team.
