The Corporate Development & Ventures team works closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop strategies and execute opportunities for mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and partnerships. Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, synthesize findings, and collaborate with senior team members to propose recommendations that shape company and product strategy.
• Drive the execution of mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and partnerships, including sourcing opportunities, conducting market landscapes, performing financial analysis, and coordinating due diligence.
• Develop perspectives on key competitors, analyzing their strengths and weaknesses and the implications for Coinbase.
• Cultivate cross-functional relationships with executives to assist in the implementation of high-priority strategic initiatives.
• Build strong connections with industry players, startups, and investors to stay ahead of new developments.
• Enhance existing processes within the Corporate Development team and contribute to recruiting and developing new team members.
