The Associate Manager – FCM Compliance Officer role is designed for someone eager to provide compliance advisory services within Coinbase Financial Markets (CFM), enhancing our commitment to regulatory standards and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive compliance policies and procedures.
• Handle surveillance escalations with a keen eye for detail and regulatory adherence.
• Provide expert guidance to Futures Commission Merchant personnel, fostering a culture of compliance.
• Engage proactively with National Futures Association and CFTC staff, representing Coinbase’s dedication to compliance and collaboration.
