Responsibilities:

• Event Production: Lead in the conceptualization to execution phases of event production, ensuring each element aligns with the overarching goals of promoting Bitcoin.
• Hotel Management: Expertly manage hotel partnerships using Passkey, overseeing room allocations and guest communications to ensure a smooth attendee experience.
• Data Management: Develop and maintain an organized system for tracking event details, ensuring all project information is accurate and accessible for future planning.
• Graphic Management: Coordinate with graphic vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective production of event materials, contributing to the overall aesthetic and messaging of the conference.
• Activation Support: Innovate and execute engaging activations that resonate with the conference theme, enhancing attendee engagement and satisfaction.
