Responsibilities:

• Lead the seamless integration of all revenue-generating functions such as Swan Private, Swan IRA, Swan Vault, and more, to drive company growth.
• Manage the sales function and collaborate with senior leadership to execute and evolve corporate strategies.
• Employ data-driven analysis to inform growth strategies and foster relationships with strategic clients.
• Mentor team members across the board, contributing to the product roadmap and overarching company strategy.
