WILDCOIN is seeking a passionate and experienced Community Marketing Specialist to lead efforts in nurturing and expanding their global community. Reporting directly to the founders, this role will play a pivotal role in building a thriving, inclusive, and active community of crypto enthusiasts interested in leveraging Web3 and AI to improve the pet ownership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day community management, monitor discussions, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive user experience and maintain a respectful community atmosphere.
• Execute an engagement plan to ensure active participation, vibrant discussions, and a strong sense of belonging among community members.
• Collaborate with the founders and product team to develop compelling and relevant content. Support curation and promote user-generated content to encourage active participation.
• Plan and execute community events, both virtual and physical, ensuring they are engaging, well-coordinated, and successful.
• Implement strategies to attract and onboard new community members. Foster relationships with key influencers, partners, and industry stakeholders to advocate for the community.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of community engagement initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on community growth, engagement trends, and areas for improvement.
