Responsibilities

• Provide support via phone, email, and chat.
• Schedule video calls for screen-sharing sessions.
• Assist customers during evenings and weekends as needed.
• Collect and share customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold respectful interactions with customers.
• Guide customers through the application, third-party crypto wallets, and exchanges.
• Address basic accounting and tax issues.
• Create simple spreadsheets, account adjustments, and troubleshoot errors by collaborating with other departments.
