Provable is on the lookout for a Director of IT to manage and enhance the company’s technology infrastructure. This role is central to ensuring operational continuity and supporting the scalability of our fast-paced startup. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track other in leveraging technology to enhance organizational effectiveness and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire IT infrastructure of Provable, including networks, servers, and software systems to guarantee reliability and scalability.
• Manage operational security protocols for all employees, identify vulnerabilities, and implement strategies to protect organizational data and systems from threats.
• Handle the provisioning of service accounts and engineering credentials.
• Source and manage vendors for IT services, hardware, and software solutions to ensure they meet the company’s needs and budget.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive inventory system for tracking and managing IT assets such as hardware, software licenses, and peripherals.
• Work collaboratively with the operations team to formulate and implement IT strategies that align with the company’s objectives, foster innovation, and enhance operational efficiencies.
