The Ecosystem Growth Manager role at Covalent is pivotal, focusing on sales and customer success, managing technical integrations, and spearheading co-marketing efforts.

  • 5+ years of experience in an ecosystem growth, business development, or similar role within the technology sector, with a preference for candidates with Web3 environment exposure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, demonstrating a foundation in technical concepts and strategic business practices.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, project management software, and a solid understanding of the blockchain technology landscape.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, customer onboarding, and partnership development, coupled with an ability to conduct insightful market analysis and sales forecasting.


  • Prior experience in the Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying new business opportunities and optimizing customer engagement strategies.


  • A competitive salary range of CAD 75,000 to CAD 150,000, inclusive of commission, based on experience and qualifications.
