BitGo is seeking a Head of OTC Trading to lead and expand our institutional OTC trading operations globally. This key position involves developing trading strategies, managing risks and P&L, and building strong client relationships across various sectors including hedge funds, asset managers, and venture capital funds. The role offers flexibility in location and requires a seasoned trader with a robust understanding of digital asset markets and strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the OTC trading mandate with clear timelines and objectives in collaboration with senior management.
• Manage the overall execution, trading risks, and position management for the OTC trading desk.
  Drive the evolution of operational fund flows and settlement processes, managing third-party vendor relationships.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships, working closely with the institutional sales and trading team to enhance flow to BitGo’s OTC operations.
• Collaborate with the Head of Go Network and Head of Prime to identify and leverage business synergies, enhancing overall value for BitGo and its clients.
• Work with legal and compliance teams to innovate new business lines and integrate new assets.
