As an interviewer, you’ll be interviewing clients they work with and thought leaders in the space to create long-form and short-form content that can be repurposed in various formats to be distributed on platforms like Twitter (X), TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Responsibilities

• Ideating an interview series that is entertaining, fun, and engaging.
• Interviewing clients they work with alongside thought leaders in the space.
• Reaching out to relevant founders and thought leaders for interviews.
• Preparing for every interview carefully by researching unfamiliar topics and providing the interviewee with the list of questions 72 hours before the scheduled interview.
• Editing the interview into various formats ensuring it is suitable for distribution.
• Creating thumbnails for the videos.
• Planning distribution with the relevant teams.
• Measuring performance, optimizing, and iterating.
