Job Description:

Twinstake is a non-custodial institutional grade staking as a service provider. They operate validators across a wide range of Proof-of-Stake protocols and allow institutional clients to delegate their assets using their preferred custodians to collect staking rewards. Twinstake charges a commission on the staking rewards for operating the validators and providing analytics and reporting.

They are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Representative to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of sales experience who is eager to develop their skills in the digital assets industry. The candidate will play a key role in driving Twinstake’s sales efforts, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to their overall growth strategy. This is an exciting and high potential opportunity for someone who has a strong interest in digital assets and is looking to gain wider experience in institutional sales within a very dynamic web3/crypto space.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Conduct thorough research to understand potential clients’ needs and tailor sales approaches accordingly
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to manage client interactions and sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with the current sales team as well as other functions to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments to effectively position Twinstake’s services in the market

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the digital assets or fintech sector
  • Experience working in a results-oriented or sales environment
  • Ability to perform individually and as part of a high performing team
  • High energy, passionate, and enjoys being challenged
  • Some experience with Hubspot or similar CRM application is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
  • Some exposure to working in a start-up environment or a passion to work in a start-up
