With over $6 billion of assets under management, CoinShares’ products are used by investors across the globe to gain exposure to crypto markets without the need to use unregulated crypto exchanges or self-custody their tokens.

They are seeking a proactive and organized Marketing Associate to join their dynamic team. The role will be based in London and will report to a tight-knit team of experienced marketing professionals supporting their asset management business in Europe. As a Marketing Associate at CoinShares, you will play a vital role in managing events, supporting the sales team, and developing marketing and communication strategies for both institutional and retail investors.

Responsibilities

• Sales Enablement: Serve as the main point of contact for the European sales team, gathering insights and feedback to create and maintain sales enablement tools.
• Event Strategy & Management: End-to-end management of third-party and CoinShares’ own in-person and virtual events, ensuring seamless execution and impactful outcomes.
  • Gather the needs of each regional team and work with them to create a brief.
  • Develop event materials, including all pre- and post-event communication.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with external agencies and internal marketing, design, events, product, and sales teams to deliver an exceptional experience for attendees.
• Marketing Strategy: Assist in the development of marketing and communication strategies targeted at institutional and retail investors.
• Data & Reporting: Gather and analyze engagement data across events and sales material, creating reports and recommendations for optimizing existing processes and improving commercial outcomes.
• Undertake any other such duties as may be reasonably required by the role.
