Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing roles with web-based products.
At least 1+ years in a marketing role within web3, preferably EVM-based DeFi.
Experience working within a small, early-stage startup team spread across multiple time zones.
Solid understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts and trends.
Deep understanding of web3 culture, ecosystems, trends, and memes.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns to grow user bases for apps.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
Proficient in working independently, capable of handling multiple facets of marketing activities without reliance on a team.

Desirables:

Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms is a plus.
