Lukka is seeking a motivated AML Compliance Product Analyst to join their blockchain-native technology team in Poland. The ideal candidate will develop and implement anti-money laundering (AML) solutions within the blockchain environment, conceptualize and design innovative compliance products, and ensure adherence to evolving regulatory requirements. This is a full-time position requiring a dynamic individual capable of working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with various teams to enhance product features and maintain regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide AML compliance expertise in defining new product’s functional requirements.
• Support the Product Owner in defining a long-term product development roadmap.
• Collect business requirements, refine, and specify the details of product functionalities.
• Lead project deliveries, determine work effort, and be hands-on while delegating tasks as necessary.
• Work closely with Scrum product development team members: architects, UI/UX designers, developers, and QA engineers to deliver new product iterations to customers.
• Liaise with Lukka subject matter experts to stay updated on relevant crypto AML regulations and crypto asset industry trends.
• Collaborate with management and sales team to gather and analyze business needs.
• Participate in sales support activities and ensure quality assurance of products for entrusted projects.
