Alchemy is seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Engineer to join their team. The Customer Engineering team works closely with Alchemy’s customers to ensure a great user experience and help them maximize the value they get from the platform. You will manage relationships from the start to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and set up customers for ongoing success. This role specifically focuses on providing hands-on product-specific customer support within the Account Abstraction and Wallet Services team, scaling the support system, and shaping feedback into product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support within the Account Abstraction product vertical.
• Deliver a stellar customer experience.
• Scale support through internal tooling and runbooks and contribute to devX improvements.
• Understand customer needs and meet unique challenges and goals.
• Identify gaps and new features to iterate and improve offerings, partnering with internal teams to drive long-term solutions.
• Act as the voice of the customers.
• Build and maintain ongoing relationships with complex stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Adapt to a quickly changing environment.
• Drive referrals from customers.
