As a Solutions Architect at Chainalysis, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of Chainalysis’ solutions and offerings, effectively communicating complex topics to a wide range of audiences in a compelling and understandable manner. Your role will have a direct impact on some of our most strategic customers worldwide by crafting bespoke solutions that support both the deployment and integration of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Become an integral member of the account team, partnering closely with Sales and Customer Success.
• Articulate Chainalysis product offerings to prospects, ensuring they comprehend how our solutions add value to achieving their business objectives.
• Craft tailored demos and proof of values to highlight the value of Chainalysis solutions.
• Own achieving the “technical win” during the sales cycle and lead discovery sessions to uncover pain points and use cases, effectively capturing client requirements.
• Design customer-specific solutions and collaborate internally to address product feedback and innovative workarounds.
• Provide guidance on technical challenges ranging from high-level architecture, API implementation, and workflow design.
• Align closely with our product and engineering teams, helping prioritize feedback from the field.
• Represent Chainalysis at industry events and conferences.
• Support the wider Solutions Architecture team by contributing to and driving internal projects.
