Monad Labs is the team behind Monad, the high-performance, parallel EVM Layer-1 blockchain. Their team consists of systems engineers and community builders dedicated to advancing crypto technology. Having recently secured $225M in series A funding, they are expanding their team.

Monad Labs is seeking a talented Senior Technical Recruiter to join their rapidly growing team while maintaining high standards for talent. As the second member of the talent team, you will work alongside the Recruiting Lead to hire engineers and various other roles as needed. This role requires hybrid work from their office in NoMad, NYC, three days per week.


  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for various positions, including technical, research, ecosystem, and G&A roles.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent across different roles.
    Support hiring needs by writing job descriptions, creating interview plans, scheduling interviews, coordinating travel, and coaching new interviewers.
  • Develop exceptional remote and on-site candidate experiences with organized workflows, prompt decision making, and relationship building.
  • Track goals, metrics, and performance data of the hiring cycle, regularly updating hiring stakeholders and the leadership team.


  • Minimum of 4 years of technical recruiting experience in a high-growth technology company or startup.
  • Proven track record of hiring senior-level engineers.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage candidate funnels efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including storytelling and relationship-building.
  • Ability to source and pursue the best leads tirelessly.
  • Interest in the crypto space.


  • Experience in crypto or blockchain-related recruiting.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in the blockchain space.
  • Background in high-frequency trading markets.
