Bitpanda is seeking a highly skilled and motivated SEO Lead to manage all Organic Search topics, focusing on improving organic performance and revenue. This role will involve leading a cross-functional team, optimizing web properties, and driving organic growth through strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Organic Search roadmap, encompassing on-page and off-page SEO, technical SEO, content strategy, and ASO.
• Manage the Bitpanda website, focusing on organic acquisition, revenue, website optimization, conversion, and content creation.
• Lead the re-development of the brand website and CMS migration, ensuring architecture, content, and design align with strategy and deliver value proposition messages effectively.
• Develop and execute Bitpanda’s Organic Search strategy to drive organic growth, aligning with target audience segments and use cases.
• Collaborate and manage relationships with the Marketing team, Product, UX, and Engineering to find pragmatic solutions meeting the needs of users and search engines.
• Train, manage, and develop the Organic Search team, providing strategic direction to improve organic performance.
• Use industry tools to audit, research, and analyze search and website data, deriving meaningful insights to inform decisions and drive performance.
