Your mission will be to help Dragonfly become the central hub for talent in the crypto space. This involves managing a robust candidate network, driving internal recruitment efforts, and directly assisting founders in building their teams. Responsibilities

• Operate in a full-life-cycle recruitment capacity, supporting top-of-funnel strategy and negotiating and closing internal roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to create and implement hiring processes and strategies.
• Source talent through various platforms and include them in the weekly portfolio candidate distribution.
• Evaluate and engage with candidates weekly, aiming to build long-term relationships.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the Dragonfly portfolio to skillfully pitch and introduce candidates to individual companies.
• Consistently deliver a high-quality candidate experience and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Ensure data integrity and quality by accurately tracking all activities in the recruitment systems.
• Continuously update and improve current systems, processes, and data integrity.
• Provide sourcing support for high-priority roles across the portfolio and internally at Dragonfly.
