OpenBit is seeking a Web3 Director of IT to oversee the company’s technological infrastructure and drive operational excellence to support rapid organizational growth. Responsibilities

• Technology Management: Assume full responsibility for OpenBit’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software systems, ensuring high reliability and scalability.
• Operational Security: Oversee the operational security protocols for all team members, identify potential vulnerabilities, and implement robust security measures to protect the organization’s data and systems against threats.
• Service Management: Oversee and provision service accounts and engineering credentials, ensuring proper access and security.
• Vendor Management: Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with vendors for IT services, hardware, and software, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and budget.
• Asset Management: Develop and maintain systems to manage the inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals, ensuring effective tracking and optimization of resources.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with OpenBit’s operations team to develop and implement IT strategies that support the business goals, enhance operational efficiency, and drive innovation.
